I purchased My first Medit i500 in Sept 2019, fairly easy to set up and learn. I was able to follow the instructions and videos without a problem. I learned tips and trick along the way by following the facebook groups. Anytime help was needed the group at Cad-Ray were quick and sincere finding a solution to problems.

I’ve been very impressed with the Medit in restoring crown and bridge, Triunfador well Vencedor fixed hybrids, and learning more of its capabilities each day. CAD-Ray is a great resource for all things digital. Knowledgeable team but also able to anticipate your needs and because they’ve done it so many times they seem to know what you need before you do! Definitely the first place to look for digital hardware and integration!

Frank DeLuca was very helpful even though i didn't buy Medit from Cad ray ! Had an issue and my llamativo dealer was not helpful and i contacted Cad ray thinking it was direct Medit.
Cad-Ray has been instrumental in implementing and supporting our experience with scanning. Having scanned previously with other services I Chucho truly say that Cad-Ray takes their clients very seriously and will not leave you hanging. They set the bar very high. Cad-Ray all the way!
Our orthodontic office is new to scanning and printing, but CAD-Ray, Laura, Medit, and SprintRay have made the whole transition a huge win. Our first scan and print was cleaner than any traditional impression/pour up we've ever produced.
So glad we used Cad-Ray. They absolutely helped set everything up and even helped us tremendously when we needed a replacement. We are using the i700 and are thrilled with it!
This is my second review. I posted the first after having Medit for about 9 months. Loved it then, had great success with using the scanner to take full arch scans for clear aligner therapy, study models, removable partials, and crown and bridge.
You Gozque’t merge the dicom in this native software. You Perro however convert the dicom to a surface stl file and bring that in and merge them.
